About Us

Bill Isaacson has more than 30 years of experience in the design and customer support of advanced technology ASICs.  At eSilicon he held the position of Sr. Director of Field Applications Engineering, where his team was responsible for working with customers to define the target process technology, IP, contents, and engagement methodology of their ASICs. Previously Bill held the position of Design Center Manager at LSI Logic where he was responsible for the physical implementation of customer ASICs.  Bill holds a BSEE from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Mike Andrews has 30 years of semiconductor industry experience. Mike was the first employee in IMEC's North America custom silicon business unit and served as its Business Development Manager for five years. During this time Mike was instrumental in expanding from the first customer to over $30M in sales annually. Mike has previously worked for Teradyne, eSilicon, AMI Semiconductor and National Semiconductor in sales, marketing, and project management positions. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Santa Clara University.

Jim Quinn has more than 25 years of experience in customer support of advanced technology ASICs. Most recently as manager of fabrication services at CMC Microsystems, he was responsible for interfacing with foundry partners, and organizing MPW processing flows. Jim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in EE from the University of Windsor in Canada.

Hwee Tin has 12 years of experience supporting university and commercial customers at MOSIS Service in taping out their ASICs through TSMC, Global Foundries and other foundries. Prior to working at MOSIS Service, Hwee Tin was a successful business owner, having started and owned a Kumon Math and Reading Center franchise for 15 years. She also had 7 years of process engineering experience at Hughes Aircraft Microwave Products division. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of California, Los Angeles.

Vaibhav Dubey, a Senior Engineer, brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in EDA CAD, Analog, and Mixed-Signal design and methodology. In the recent past, Vaibhav worked as a Custom Reference Flow Development Engineer at Intel Foundry Services (IFS), contributing to the development and delivery of Custom design flow Kits for IFS customers. Prior to that, Vaibhav was a Senior Engineer at Microchip Technology Inc. working with Design methodology and simulations support CAD group. Vaibhav holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Nicki has more than 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in various roles such as program management, sales operations, field quality engineering, and technical translation. Previously Nicki has worked for SBI Mining Chip, Kawasaki Robotics, Sony LSI Design, Spansion, Adaptec, AMD Headquarters and AMD Japan. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Jose State University.
